More bones found, 1 month after discovery of skull in Baltimore County

OWINGS MILLS, Maryland — One month after a human skull was found in Baltimore County, police have discovered additional skeletal remains.

The skull was initially discovered Oct. 11 by a couple walking through a wooded area of Owings Mills.

Baltimore County Police returned to the scene Nov. 4 to search for additional evidence. On Friday, they reported finding more skeletal remains.

Homicide detectives are continuing to investigate the case, and police are asking anyone with information on the case to call them.

Police have not yet determined an identity or a cause of death for the person whose remains were discovered.
