Iowa City landlord's peeping trial pushed back

IOWA CITY, Iowa — The trial of an Iowa City landlord accused of peeping on his tenants has been pushed back to the summer.

The Iowa City Press-Citizen says (http://icp-c.com/13INSCj ) Elwyn Miller was scheduled to go on trial this week. It's now been moved to July 30.

Miller is accused of spying on women in their bathrooms or bedrooms in at least two properties he owns. He was arrested in October and faces 11 counts of invasion of privacy.

The newspaper reports three former tenants also are suing Miller, claiming similar behavior.
