FLEMINGTON, New Jersey — Authorities in Hunterdon County have charged a High Bridge woman with producing and distributing child pornography.

County Prosecutor Anthony Kearns III says 38-year-old Lori Bauer, also known as Lori Bauer-Warden, made videos in 2011 when she lived in Holland Township.

The videos allegedly show a child under the age of 13 engaged in sexual activity or simulated sexual activity. Bauer then allegedly transmitted the videos to another person in New York.

Kearns says the third person is in custody and an investigation is continuing.

Bauer was arrested on Friday and charged with counts including manufacturing and transmitting child pornography, endangerment and sexual assault. She was being held in lieu of $175,000 bail. The prosecutor's office said it didn't know if Bauer had retained an attorney.
