SCRANTON, Pennsylvania — A northeastern Pennsylvania man has withdrawn his no contest plea to charges in a dump truck crash that killed a brother and sister from upstate New York.

WNEP-TV (http://bit.ly/1lQYESy) said Friday that Wayne Kichar of Jessup withdrew the pleas in Lackawanna County Court. The judge then revoked his bail.

Back in November, he pleaded no contest to homicide by vehicle and driving under the influence.

State police said Kichar's truck went out of control near the intersection of Interstate 84 and two other highways in October 2011, killing 40-year-old twins Lynn McKernan and William McKernan of Rochester, New York

Kichar has said a seizure caused the crash.
