NEWARK, Delaware — Delaware State Police say a Pennsylvania man driving an industrial truck was killed when the vehicle rolled over in Newark.

It happened about 7 a.m. Monday on Interstate 95, troopers said in a news release. Police say 29-year-old Noy Phatsadavong of Lansdale, Pennsylvania, was driving a 2012 International Terrastar truck near Churchman's Marsh.

Authorities say the truck veered across four lanes of the highway, hit the concrete median, veered back across the highway and overturned, landing upright in the middle lanes.

Troopers say Phatsadavong was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the truck. He was pronounced dead at a local hospital.

The incident is under investigation.
