4 arrested in connection with store burglary in Newport

NEWPORT, Vermont — Four men have been arrested in connection with a store burglary in Newport, Vermont.

The East Main General Store was broken into on April 10 at 1:30 a.m. Police got a call reporting a break-in and a description of a vehicle leaving the scene.

The four suspects are scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday. It wasn't immediately known if the four, all from North Troy, have lawyers.
