Coroner: Homeless man whose body was found in Boulder died of pneumonia, chronic alcohol abuse


BOULDER, Colorado — The Boulder County coroner's office says a homeless man whose body was found near downtown Boulder died of pneumonia and chronic alcohol abuse.

The Daily Camera reports ( ) 42-year-old Jason Gray's body was spotted near a small creek in the city Nov. 23. He was lying face down next to the creek with his feet partially submerged in the water.

The temperature had dropped to around 33 degrees overnight before Gray was found.
