KINGSTON, New Hampshire — A man is expected to face multiple charges in a New Hampshire court after police followed him on a chase through seven towns over the weekend.

Police say the pursuit started in Hampton Falls on Saturday night. WMUR-TV reports (http://bit.ly/1qXIzOn) they said they were concerned 23-year-old Donald Smith was armed because a bag filled with ammunition was thrown out the vehicle window during the chase.

Police said the chase went through Exeter, Hampton, and back to Hampton Falls before heading to Seabrook, Kensington, East Kingston.

Police said Smith was stopped in Kingston when he crashed into a church, then broke into a nearby store and took women's clothing to wear as a disguise.

Smith was being held on $25,000 bail. It wasn't immediately known if he had a lawyer.
