WASHINGTON — A former private school teacher who once appeared on the FBI's list of most wanted fugitives has pleaded guilty to child pornography charges.
Eric Justin Toth, who was arrested in April in Nicaragua after years on the run, entered the plea in Washington's federal court on Thursday morning.
Toth previously taught at the Beauvoir School on the grounds of the Washington National Cathedral. He disappeared in 2008 after being confronted about images of child pornography found on a school camera in his possession.
Court documents also accuse Toth of using a fake Social Security number in Texas last year.
