AMSTERDAM, New York — A 69-year-old man faces manslaughter charges for a crash that killed two women and a child in the Mohawk Valley.

Sleight and her friend, 38-year-old Shyara Concepcion, were pronounced dead at the scene, and 9-year-old Elijah Sleight died later at a hospital. Two younger children were also injured.
