TUCSON, Arizona — Authorities have identified a man killed in a three-car accident in Tucson.

Pima County Sheriff's officials say 62-year-old Henry Gonzales Grijalva was pronounced dead at the scene of Monday's accident.

They say a van, an SUV and a sedan collided about 6 a.m. at Alvernon Road and Irvington Road.

Authorities say Grijalva was a passenger in the sedan.

The drivers of the sedan and SUV were transported to Tucson-area hospitals with serious but non-life-threatening injuries while the sedan's driver was unhurt.

Sheriff's officials say the cause of the crash is under investigation.
