Fall foliage reaches peak in southern, coastal Maine; past peak elsewhere


KITTERY, Maine — Vibrant fall colors have arrived in southernmost Maine.

The latest fall foliage report from the Maine Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry says that peak foliage conditions are expected this weekend on the southern coast from Kittery to Camden as well as the intermediate coastline.

Foliage throughout western and northern Maine has already reached its peak.
