BOULDER, Colorado — The Boulder County Coroner's Office says the cause of death of a 16-year-old Denver boy who was struck by a vehicle on New Year's Eve cannot be determined.
Deputy county coroner Dustin Bueno said Monday that Jason Grimmer may have been injured before he was hit by a vehicle because he was found in the middle of a road.
According to the Longmont Times-Call (http://tinyurl.com/p4hhlgx), the driver of the vehicle that hit Grimmer has not been found.
Coroners can rule a manner of death as homicide, suicide, natural, accidental or undetermined based on the investigation.
