Belcourt woman accused of attacking her husband with knife to plead guilty to assault charge

MINOT, North Dakota — A North Dakota woman says she will plead guilty to attacking her husband with a knife.

Tina Lilley, of Belcourt, is charged in federal court with assault with a dangerous weapon. Authorities say the assault happened on April 22.

A change of plea hearing is scheduled for Oct. 29.

A federal public defender could not be reached for comment.
