PRINCETON, New Jersey — Clay Wilson scored 15 points and Hans Brase had 14 to lead Princeton to a 66-53 win over Cornell on Friday night.

The Tigers (14-14, 7-5 Ivy League) hit five of their seven 3-pointers to take a 32-25 lead at the half, then made 14 of 18 free throws in the second half. They finished the game 25 of 30 from the line.

Shonn Miller had 25 points to lead the Big Red (13-16, 5-8), which made just 4 of 21 3-pointers (19 percent) and was 7 of 12 from the foul line.

Galal Cancer hit a 3-pointer to pull Cornell within 51-48 with 8:28 to play but from that point Princeton took over at the foul line. After a Wilson layup, Wilson and Brase hit two free throws before another Wilson layup made it 59-50. In the final 1:22 the Tigers converted seven of eight from the line.
