Olympiakos keeps perfect record with 2-0 victory over visiting Iraklis

ATHENS, Greece — Olympiakos beat Iraklis 2-0 Sunday to maintain its perfect record in the Greek league after 10 rounds.

Luka Milivojevic opened the scoring in the 20th minute with a volley from inside the area after the defense failed to clear a free kick by Costas Fortounis. Brown Ideye added a second goal in the 61st with a header from a cross by Arthur Masuaku.

Olympiakos maintained an eight-point lead over second-place Panathinaikos, which won 2-1 at Atromitos on Saturday. Panionios, which won 2-1 against Platanias on Saturday, leaped over AEK Athens into third place after AEK's 1-0 home loss to Asteras on Sunday.

Also Sunday, last-place Panthrakikos snatched a surprising 3-3 draw at PAOK and Veria drew 1-1 at Levadiakos. Xanthi drew 2-2 at Kalloni Saturday.
