Mulligan, regarded as a terrific blocking tight end, has appeared in 65 games with 24 starts over five NFL seasons. He has 16 catches for 160 yards and two touchdowns during stints with New England last year, St. Louis in 2012 and the New York Jets from 2009-11. Mulligan has also spent time with Miami, Tennessee and Green Bay.
