Authorities seek public's help in probe of November death of Nashua man found after assault

NASHUA, New Hampshire — Police are asking the public for help following the mysterious death of a 46-year-old Nashua man at the end of last year.

Nashua police and the state attorney general's office say Craig Guillemette was assaulted outside his apartment on Saturday, Nov. 29. He was seen a few minutes later walking away from the building.

He then wasn't seen until the next day when he was discovered in another apartment. He was ultimately airlifted to a hospital where he died several days later. Final results of an autopsy are still weeks away.

Police want to know if anybody saw Guillemette on the night of November 29 or the next day. He was 6-feet 1-inch tall, weighed about 230 pounds and was wearing a dark, hooded sweatshirt and jeans.
