WILMINGTON, Delaware — Wilmington police have arrested a man on drug charges after marijuana and crack cocaine were found in a car.

It happened about 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at 22nd and Pine streets. Police say officers saw a man taking items from his car and hiding them on his person.

Authorities say police confronted the man and a drug-sniffing dog was brought to the scene. Officers say the dog indicated the presence of drugs, and a search of the vehicle turned up 36.2 grams of marijuana and 18 grams of crack cocaine.

Thirty-two-year-old Larry Mangum was charged with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance.
