MURRAY, Kentucky — Cameron Payne scored 22 points off the bench and added eight assists and three steals to help lead Murray State to an 89-54 victory over Austin Peay on Saturday.

Jonathan Fairell and Jeffery Moss each finished with 13 points for Murray State (24-4, 14-0 Ohio Valley Conference), with Fairell adding eight rebounds.

The win extends the Racers' win streak to 22 games, second only to Kentucky's 27 straight this season and one shy of the school record of 23 set in the 2011-12 season. They also have an opportunity to become just the fourth Ohio Valley team in history to finish undefeated in conference play.

Murray State never trailed and took a 47-25 lead at the half. The Racers lead reached as high as 34 points in the second half.

Chris Freeman, Josh Robinson, and Khalil Davis each had 12 points for Austin Peay (7-20, 2-11).
