Man suffers graze wound in head in point-blank shooting at Manhattan diner

NEW YORK — Police say a man has suffered a graze-wound to the head when he was shot point-blank at a Manhattan diner.

The NYPD says the incident occurred around 3:45 a.m. Thursday at West 90th Street and Broadway.

Police say the victim was taken "by private means" to the hospital.

The suspect is being sought.

Investigators say it appears the two men knew each other.

Surveillance video shows a man entering the diner and approaching the victim. Then he returned a short time later and shot him.
