Doctor sues NY strip club, 4 women in alleged scheme to drug him, charge $135K on credit card

NEW YORK — A doctor is suing a New York City strip club he says was in on a scheme to drug him and charge $135,000 to his credit card.

New Jersey cardiologist Zyad Younan's lawsuit Wednesday is the latest chapter in a tawdry tale that made national headlines in June.

That's when prosecutors indicted four women and a club manager allegedly involved in scheme.

Younan's lawsuit comes in response to one the club filed against him in May after he challenged the charges as fraudulent.

He wants that lawsuit tossed and the club and the four women to cover unspecified damages and costs.

A woman who answered the phone Wednesday at Scores says the club had no comment.

Lawyers for the women could not be reached or denied the allegations.
