WVU to conduct bell-ringing ceremony to remember student who died

MORGANTOWN, West Virginia — A bell-ringing ceremony is planned at West Virginia University in remembrance of a student who died on Sept. 18.

The ceremony for Paul Stover is scheduled for Friday morning at Oglebay Plaza on the downtown campus in Morgantown.

The 21-year-old Stover was a senior majoring in economics. He was a 2011 graduate of Grafton High School.

Relatives and friends of Raines and the university community are being invited to attend.
