SCOTTSDALE, Arizona — Scottsdale police say they are looking for two men who robbed a BMO Bank branch.
Police spokesman Mark Clark says the robbery happened during the lunch hour on Monday along North Scottsdale Road.
Witnesses told police two men displayed guns, demanded money and then fled in a blue vehicle with an undisclosed amount of cash.
About 10 minutes later, police received reports that a vehicle was on fire at Scottsdale Road and Deer Valley Road. Clark says it's believed to be the same car that was involved in the robbery.
A search of the area did not turn up any suspects.
Clark says the burned car was stolen Monday morning at gunpoint from a victim in the community of Surprise, about 30 miles away.
