York County deputies look for suspect and motive after Clover teen shot to death

Share/Save/Bookmark

CLOVER, South Carolina — York County deputies say a 17-year-old man has been shot to death outside a home in Clover.

Investigators say they were called to around 11 p.m. Sunday by someone who found two wounded men outside his home.

Authorities say a 22-year-old man shot in the leg drove Brandon Davis to the home. Both men were taken to the hospital, where Davis died.

Investigators say the wounded man wouldn't tell the person at the home who shot them or why they were shot.

Deputies say no arrests have been made and they are trying to determine a motive for the shooting.
