Family offers reward for teen who went missing during trip to Juno Beach

JUNO BEACH, Florida — A 16-year-old boy's family is offering a reward to anyone with information about his whereabouts.

William "Billy" Patient was last seen May 5 while on a day trip from a private treatment center called The Academy. He was with about a dozen boys near the Juno Beach Pier.

The teen's uncle, Joe Stewart, told the Palm Beach Post (http://bit.ly/13VTP1a ) the family is offering a $25,000 reward.

The Post reports the teen's family enrolled him at the treatment center to help with depression and drug issues. His father died suddenly last year.

The U.S. Coast Guard searched for the boys for two days. Juno Beach police are still investigating and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children lists him as an "endangered runaway."
