Don't cry for me: Touchofstarquality takes Aqueduct's feature

NEW YORK — Touchofstarquality and jockey Cornelio Velasquez surged to victory with a four-wide sweep in the $67,000 allowance feature on Thursday at Aqueduct.

The 4-year-old trained by Michelle Nevin improved to 2 for 3 as the 2-1 second choice. He paid $6.70, $3.70 and $3.10.

The time was 1:35.03 for the mile on the fast track.

Bemata was second, returning $3.70 and $3.10. Iron Power paid $4.90 to show.
