Orioles option RHP Jake Arrieta to Triple-A, promote RHP Kevin Gausman for major league debut

TORONTO — The Baltimore Orioles optioned right-hander Jake Arrieta to Triple-A Norfolk and designated right-hander Alex Burnett for assignment on Thursday.
