TUCSON, Arizona — A Willcox man accused of sexual conduct with a minor has been arrested in Ohio and is awaiting extradition back to Arizona.

Authorities say 31-year-old James Wade Bell was taken into custody without incident Tuesday at a residence in Newark by U.S. Marshals assigned to the Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team.

They say Bell was charged in February with three counts of sexual conduct with a minor and three counts of public sexual indecency with a minor.

Authorities say Bell was located earlier this month in Ohio before he was tracked to a home and taken into custody without incident.

Federal authorities transported Bell to the Licking County Jail in Newark, where he's awaiting extradition to Willcox.
