2 people win $1 million prizes in Virginia Lottery scratch-off games

RICHMOND, Virginia — Two Virginia Lottery players have each won $1 million prizes.

Timothy White of Moseley won the top $1 million prize in the lottery's 20X the Money scratch-off game. The Lottery says White chose the one-time cash option of $766,500 before taxes.

Robert Jones of Hampton also chose the one-time cash option after he won $1 million in the Right on the Money scratch-off game. Jones received $645,000 before taxes.

Right on the Money prizes range from $20 to $2.5 million. Prizes for 20X the Money range from $10 to $1 million.
