ELSMERE, Delaware — Two Wilmington men were arrested in Elsmere after police found drugs during a vehicle search.

The New Journal of Wilmington (http://delonline.us/1Ioroi4) reports 20-year-old Ronald Maddray and 19-year-old William Bacon were charged Tuesday with one count each of drug possession with intent to deliver. Bacon was also cited for traffic offenses.

Elsmere Police Sgt. Phil Young says the two were pulled over for traffic violations. During a vehicle search, officers seized 148 bags of heroin and $149 in suspected drug money. At police headquarters, Young says officers found Maddray had concealed a gram of crack cocaine in his groin area.

Maddray and Bacon were sent to Young Correctional Institution in Wilmington. It is unclear if either has a lawyer.
