ABERDEEN, Mississippi — A man has pleaded guilty in Mississippi to failing to register as a sex offender in Lee County.
An indictment in U.S. District Court in Oxford says James Edward Morgan failed to register from March to May.
Morgan was convicted of sexual battery in Indiana in 2001.
He pleaded guilty this week in U.S. District Court in Aberdeen, Mississippi
