Police looking for car after fatal hit-and-run accident near Albany; male pedestrian killed

COLONIE, N.Y. — Police are looking for the driver of a car that may have been involved in a hit-and-run accident that killed a pedestrian near Albany.

Town of Colonie (kahl-uh-NEE') police say the male victim was hit at about 9 p.m. Monday on Central Avenue near New Karner Road.

They haven't released his name.

The car they're looking for is an older model, four-door green sedan driven by a male.
