2 Missouri men killed when car crashes near Jay in northeastern Oklahoma

JAY, Oklahoma — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says two Missouri men were killed when the car they were riding in crashed on State Highway 20 near Jay in northeastern Oklahoma.

An OHP report says 29-year-old Estilmel Perez of Noel, Missouri, and 21-year-old Ludi Ordonez of Carthage, Missouri, died in the crash shortly after 9 p.m. Friday about 10 miles east of Jay in Delaware County.

The report says the two were in a car being driven northbound by Perez when it went off the roadway and overturned then struck a tree. The report says both victims dead at the scene and were pinned in the wreckage for nearly one hour before being recovered.
