Hartford police identify victim of capital city's 10th homicide of the year

HARTFORD, Connecticut — Hartford police have identified a man who was shot to death in the city's 10th homicide of the year.

Authorities say 28-year-old Milton Castro of Hartford was fatally shot in the head Friday night near the corner of Park and Hungerford streets in the Frog Hollow neighborhood. Police say the motive isn't clear.

No arrests have been announced.

Officials say they're seeking possible surveillance video of the shooting.

Anyone with information about the shooting is urged to call Hartford police.
