Natural gas explosion damages Raritan Township home

RARITAN, New Jersey — No one was injured in a natural gas explosion at a home in Raritan Township.

Friday morning's blast blew out the windows and caused a minor fire.

Fire Chief Steve Wetter tells the Home News Tribune (http://mycj.co/1AV5D1Z ) firefighters quickly extinguished the fire.

A couple and their baby escaped harm.

The cause of the blast is under investigation.
