Blue Jays recall outfielder Anthony Gose from Buffalo, option right-hander Storey to Bisons

TORONTO — The Blue Jays have recalled outfielder Anthony Gose from Triple-A Buffalo.

Gose has a .227 average for the Bisons this season with five doubles, two triples and two homer. He made his major league debut last season with Toronto, hitting .223 with one homer, 11 RBIs and 15 steals.

Toronto optioned right-handed pitcher Mickey Storey to Buffalo. Storey appeared in two games for Toronto, allowing three runs in 3 2-3 innings.
