ORANGETOWN, New York — A former suburban New York police officer is among 22 people indicted on charges of participating in a cocaine distribution ring.
Authorities say the operation brought up to 400 grams of cocaine into Rockland County each week.
Ennio Munno, Tappan, a former officer with the Orangetown police department, was charged with four counts of selling and possessing cocaine and conspiracy.
The Journal News(http://lohud.us/19B3REX ) says the ring allegedly sold cocaine and other drugs to undercover officers in Hillburn and nearby Mahwah, New Jersey
It wasn't immediately clear if Munno had a lawyer.
