The warehouse will be on Atlantic Street, east of Round Pole Branch. In January, the town approved the rezoning of the site from residential to light industrial.

Dogfish's chief operating officer, Nick Benz, says the building will be finished by the end of the year. Benz hopes a certificate of occupancy will be obtained in early 2013.
