Grain mixed, beef higher and pork lower

CHICAGO — Grain futures were mixed Monday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Dec delivery fell 2.50 cents to $5.1350 a bushel; Dec corn was .25 cent higher at 3.4825 a bushel; Dec oats rose 2.75 cents to $3.5050 a bushel; while Nov soybeans declined 7.50 cents to $9.4425 a bushel.

Beef was higher and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Dec live cattle rose 2.97 cents to $1.6802 a pound; Nov feeder cattle was 2.67 cents higher at $2.3682 a pound; while Dec lean hogs were 1.42 cents lower to $.8289 a pound.
