New Hampshire woman killed after car strikes guardrail, then hit by van in Massachusetts

WOBURN, Massachusetts — Police have identified the victim of a fatal crash near Boston as a 26-year-old New Hampshire woman.

Massachusetts State Police say Sarah Cox, of Nashua, was killed last Friday when the Audi A4 she was driving left the road and struck a guardrail on Interstate 93 in Woburn before being hit by a Ford van.

Police had not released the name of the 40-year-old Londonderry driver of the van as of Monday. Police say he was not injured.

A preliminary investigation found that Cox was driving in the fast lane on Interstate 93 when she lost control.
