Many man sentenced to more than 14 years in prison for selling methamphetamine

ALEXANDRIA, Louisiana — A 28-year-old Many man has been sentenced to more than 14 years in prison for selling methamphetamine.

U.S. Attorney Stephanie A. Finley tells The Town Talk (http://townta.lk/1BysWlM ) Jamal Holland was sentenced this week to 173 months by U.S. District Court Judge S. Maurice Hicks Jr.

Holland was also sentenced to three years of supervised release.

Finley says evidence presented at Holland's guilty plea shows, law enforcement conducted controlled purchases of methamphetamine from Holland on Sept. 18, 2013, and Oct. 3, 2013. Holland was recorded selling a total of 39 grams of methamphetamine.
