Man wanted in Newark shooting arrested by FBI task force in the Bronx

NEWARK, New Jersey — Bail is set at $1 million for a Newark man accused of killing another in New Jersey's largest city.

The FBI's fugitive task force arrested 21-year-old Angel Perez in New York City on Monday.

Perez is charged in the fatal Aug. 7 shooting of 38-year-old Keron Brown.

It is not known if Perez has a lawyer who can comment on the charges.
