GRAND FORKS, North Dakota — Grand Forks' Alerus Center is hosting a Pride of Dakota Holiday Showcase this weekend.

State Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring says there will be 110 vendor booths Saturday and Sunday, and shoppers can find everything from food to jewelry.

Admission is $2 per adult and includes a free, reusable shopping bag. Shoppers who bring their own reusable bag receive $1 off admission. All active and retired military members and their families get half-price admission with proper identification.

More than 500 companies are members of the Agriculture Department's Pride of Dakota branding program. Holiday Showcases also are scheduled in Minot and Fargo later this month and in Bismarck in early December.
