ATLANTA — Beazer Homes USA Inc. (BZH) on Thursday reported fiscal first-quarter net income of $999,000, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.
The Atlanta-based company said it had net income of 3 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 5 cents per share.
The homebuilder posted revenue of $344.4 million in the period.
Beazer shares have dropped 30 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has declined 46 percent in the last 12 months.
