DES MOINES, Iowa — Des Moines police are investigating the death of a man whose body was found in a driveway.

Police say they received a call about 4:30 p.m. Friday about four to five shots being fired. At about this time, they received another call about a shooting victim who was down in a driveway.

Officers and medics responded and found the man's body.

Police were interviewing at least three witnesses at headquarters but no suspects were immediately identified.

The identity of the dead man will be released after relatives are notified.
