RICHMOND, Virginia — An Elkton man is the Virginia Lottery's latest $1 million winner.

The Lottery says Charles Lutz won the $1 million top prize in the Winner Take All game. He bought the winning ticket at Valleys in Elkton, where his wife is an employee.

Lutz claimed his prize last week. He chose the one-time cash option of $537,393 before taxes.

Prizes for Winner Take All range from $10 to $1 million.

Earlier this month, two tickets sold for the Money Ball game were $1 million winners.
