GREENSBORO, North Carolina — Officials in Greensboro say a broke pipe led to a spill of 13,000 gallons of untreated wastewater.

The city said the wastewater entered the Little Alamance Creek, a tributary of the Cape Fear River Basin.

Workers shut down the sewage line and a section of pipe was replaced.
