CHICAGO — The Chicago Blackhawks and WGN Radio have agreed to a five-year broadcast rights holder extension.

The deal announced Thursday means that the Stanley Cup-winning team will be on the radio station through the 2023-2024 National Hockey League season. WGN has been the Blackhawks' flagship stations since the beginning of the 2008-2009 season.

WGN Radio broadcasts are available in 38 states and Canada and are streamed online.
