Police on Big Island look for California girl who went missing while vacationing with family

KAILUA-KONA, Hawaii — Police on Hawaii Island are searching for a 16-year-old California girl who went missing while vacationing with her family on the Big Island.

Hawaii police Sgt. Grad Elarionoff said Jasmine Keilani of San Diego was last seen Tuesday morning in Kailua-Kona.

Police announced her disappearance on Friday.
